★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a last minute invite to a formal event. Other places said they couldn't do it or would charge an arm and a leg. Called Andrew's, made an appointment. In three quarters of an hour they had me fitted out with a tux and all the trimmings, already hemmed and out the door. Got a lot of compliments on the outfit at the event! They really know their stuff and a very fair price. Highly recommended.

You also get a credit if you rent a tux from this place for a future purchase. Yes you can also buy a suit or tux from here I love this place! Will be buying my next suit from here. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a fitting and tried to make some suggestions as my suit didn't fit for my best friend's wedding party. Literally was swimming in the pants (waist was fine but pants fit very loose at the bottom) and even the suit wasn't properly fitted. Was basically given no options, let alone felt extremely rushed. Like they didn't care. Other people in the same party also had the same issue. A few employees were nice like the cashier, but the one measuring me gave me the vibe that she just wanted to get it over with because they were busy. Not coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed suit measurements to rent a tux from a different vendor (not in the area); on the phone, the clerk told me they could work me in as a walk-in, despite being booked up appointment-wise. Nick took the measurements quickly and with seemingly great expertise. The customer service and skill here seem top-notch, and I will definitely patronize them for my next formal event in Toronto (the storefront is a short walk from the subway).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience with Andrew’s formals! When I called last minute to arrange a rental due to a dry cleaning mishap with my suit, Carmela and her team were hot on top of it to make sure I was well sorted for my interview.
When I queried about return and mentioned I was staying near the airport, Carmela kindly offered to pick up the suit directly from my hotel.
What a fantastic team with superb service.
Highly recommended.

The staff all are so knowledgeable and efficient. We dealt a lot with Valerie and she was amazing! So happy we choose here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: AMAZING STAFF, PRICES, AND SERVICE. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or rent a suit for any occasion.
From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the staff to the moment I walked out with my suits, I felt important and respected by the team. I started with Val to take measurements and pick out a style. She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely polite. On my return visit, I met Nick, and he was cheerful and knowledgeable and made sure I was getting what I needed. He explained how a suit should fit, how it should look on me, and why he suggested changes. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and was more worried about how I would look at the altar next to my soon-to-be wife than how to make another dollar off me. Even amid the shop being busy with prom season, he took the time to make sure I was taken care of. I ended up buying 2 jackets for the tuxedo. One for the wedding day, and another for the wedding parties (Much more fun, and definitely recommend!). Wish I had another occasion to buy a suit as I want all businesses to make me feel this good shopping.
I had tried using Moores between measuring and fitting appointments at Andrews, as I wanted to see the difference. The people did not want to give me the time of day, did not understand the difference between barrel or french cuffs, and wanted more money out of me to alter the suit but couldn't explain what they would even do. I felt rushed and unimportant. Just go to Andrew's and skip the headaches! 10/5 Stars!
