By then, we had already interviewed 3 reputable real estate agents but what impressed us about Andrew was his direct no nonsense approach in putting forth an efficient strategy to market our propriety. Our instincts served us well, our propriety sold quickly close to the listed price in a changing market.

pleased with his services and would contract with him again should we
be in need of a real estate agent in the future. Andrew gave us
excellent advice about listing price and provided professional
services including regular open houses and scheduled showings. Despite
a slower market at that time, Andrew was able to negotiate a good
selling price and in a timely manner. In addition, Andrew negotiated
extra details with the buyers in a professional and fair manner. We
were very pleased with his services and would hire Andrew again in the
future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to say that it was extremely DISAPPOINTED with him. he is not HONESTY, CUNNING, GRUMPY and not professional at all. I relied on him to sell my property and trusted him what he said the price should listed on the market, it did not sale for a little while. Then he asked me to increase the extra commissions fee for the other party's buyer agent in order to attract the agent bring the buyer over. Shortly he was the one sold my property, then he took his seller and the extra Commissions. when I talked to him about the extra commission he took, he was very hight temper and scream on the phone and totally overpower me.
You are MUST joking, Are you sure that easy to forgot me? That was before the duel agency is prohibited

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrew Reid started managing my family’s rental property in 2017 and things could not have been easier for us ever since. Andrew is professional, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He has found excellent, long term tenants for our units and has always had a good relationship with the tenants. All necessary repairs and maintenances were arranged promptly, and we were always keep informed of all those repairs and the expenses. I would not have been able to manage and keep our property without him and I am grateful that he has took out all the property management’s stress away from my family.
