Being a first-time home buyer in this crazy market is no fun, but it's no picnic for the agent either. Despite this, Andrew always treated us like we were his only clients and that we had all the time in the world. He never once made us feel like he just wanted to wrap up the process and make his commission. In fact, in the early days, he was the one tell us to slow down! Andrew is also a true professional. He's both organized and knowledgeable. He's taken the time to learn the ins and outs of homes in the region and may well be looking at things with more scrutiny than you. If he thinks something is an issue, or isn't worth X price, he'll tell you. Again, he's not just looking for a quick sale. If he thinks a home isn't a good fit for you, he'll let you know. Finally, he's just a good guy to go through the process with. If you're trying to buy these days, you're probably in for a long journey, and having the right person to slog it out with you really matters. You can tell he really does get a kick out of finding the perfect home for people. Even after our offer was accepted, Andrew was right on top of everything, which was a huge help when things got a little dicey with the buyer's agent and appraiser. If you're looking for a home anywhere in the Niagara region, you're unlikely to find a better partner to work with. Thanks Andrew!

We didn’t even know who to use as our real estate agent to have in our corner! We knew someone who had used Andrew so before choosing him we decided to just go for a walk through of a house with him to see how we felt. We knew after that day that he was our guy! Since that first meeting he set up a portal of homes in our price range and location. When we wanted to see a house, he did everything he could to make it work.
