I would like to thank Ryan Batte and Anderson Kia for standing behind the Kia brand and dealership. For various reasons I was not at all comfortable with the new vehicle I had purchased and Ryan worked with me on my concerns and got me into another equivalent vehicle that I'm very satisfied with! I can see why Anderson Kia has such a great reputation. Thank you Ryan and Anderson Kia for turning a difficult situation into a great customer experience!

After months of other dealers telling us nothing was wrong with our brand new sportage. The guys at Anderson Kia solved it and had our car back within a week! A+++

Could not be more impressed with the service manager Raj ! Called and expressed my frustration towards not one, BUT TWO other Kia dealers failed to find the issue on my brand new 2021 Sportage. Raj helped get it booked in within a few days of me calling. Had the problem solved and the part ordered by the end of the week. The technician phoned me directly to ask questions to help recreate the problem. Disclaimer: the issue solved has been ongoing since May 2021 when we picked up the car and after 4 visits to other dealers, we were turned away saying β€œwe can’t find anything wrong.” 15/10 for everything. I will happily return for all my future service work and for future vehicles. If it was outside of covid, I would bring the service staff coffee and donuts to say thanks. ????????

Overall best service and wonderful, friendliest and most helpful bunch of people I've EVER had the pleasure of doing business with...hands down! I've had many cars in my lifetime and God knows ...alot of work done over the years. Anderson Kia is my one and only and has been for the past 5 years. They deserve 10 stars..not just 5. Thankyou Anderson Kia!

Just bought a used car from Anderson Kia. Zach and John helped me throughout the process, it was quick and easy. Zach did a great job explaining everything to me. And I walked away with a 2018 Mitsubishi Oulander! Couldn’t be more happy!! Thanks guys!!

Their customer service is terrible/nonexistent, they are incompetent and unprofessional, and they are the most untrustworthy business I have EVER come across. I am from Kitchener and my Partner and I bought a used car and winter tires from Anderson Kia a few months ago. I asked for a picture of the winters when I bought the car and Neil who sold me the winters and car sent a photo of the winter tires and rims that came with the vehicle. I had an appointment on Saturday for an oil and tire change and 5 minutes before my arrival time I get a call from Tammy at Anderson Kia who advised me my tires were not at the dealership and had no idea when they would be. I drove 40 minutes from KW to be told a few minutes before my appointment time that they didn’t have the tires for my tire change appointment. This appointment was booked weeks in advance. She was extremely rude and had an attitude simply because I expressed my disappointment with not having been told earlier as they are aware I am coming from another city. My partner called back on Monday numerous times having a very hard time getting ahold of anyone. Finally Raj the service manager said he could come at 3 pm today to get the winters put on. He arrived today and waited an hour and a half before asking why it was taking so long. He was advised that they were mounting the winter tires onto our summer rims. I was perplexed as based on my conversations and photos from Neil when we bought the car my winter tires were already on the rims. They never once mentioned anything wrong with the winter tires or rims. When my partner told them that we already had winter tires on rims they told him for the first time during the appointment while they were already working on the tires that the tires and rims were not able to be put on the car as they were damaged. To give you some background. This is a 2019 car which was barley driven (10k km) and the photos that I received from Neil when we bought the car showed near perfect tread. No effort was made to rectify the situation from Tammy or Raj who is the service manager. They told me that the rims were never a part of the purchase agreement even though Neil the salesman sent us photos of the tires and rims that we purchased. On top of all this the winter tires we purchased were Michelin tires according to the DOT code sent by Neil however they installed an inferior brand I have never heard of before because they said they could not install the tires we had purchased due to safety concerns yet they let us buy them just a few months earlier. It’s one thing to have experienced a time of bad customer service at a dealership. Everyone has bad days. This situation however progressively became worse and worse with little to no transparency from both the staff and management at Anderson Kia. Ultimately it has left me with zero confidence in their ability to provide any kind of service. I HIGHLY recommend you buy your next vehicle or get your next servicing done anywhere but here. I’ve never experienced such untrustworthy and incompetent employees. The Anderson advantage should be renamed as the Anderson disadvantage.

I recently leased a vechicle with Anderson Kia. I cannot say anything but amazing things about my experience. The staff, particularly John Hoare and Zach McDonald, made this process so much more comfortable for me then previous dealerships. They were calming,informative, personable and very well educated in their roles at Anderson Kia. Both of these gentlemen made it evident that they are proud to do what they do for their customers. The biggest thing for me when making a large purchase, etc, is to feel comfortable with the person that guides me throughout the process. I didnt feel pressured or rushed whatsoever. They were patient with all of our questions and concerns and answered each question with knowledge and care, while also taking their time. Which is so much appreciated because I didnt know anything about the leasing process prior to. I had been to several other dealerships in the last month and had spoken to many other people in the same "role" as these gentleman, and not a single one of them even came close to "checking off all the boxes" like John and Zach. There were other staff around the office ofcourse aswell and it seemed obvious that they were all maintaining a professional friendship within the business. Which also is very telling in such a positive way. I would 10/10 recommend Anderson Kia to any of my friends and family. My experience has already been shared with multiple people that I have spoken with in the last 24 hours. Thank you again John&Zach! You guys are awesome.

I met Zach several years ago, he helped my best friend and her mom buy their vehicles and they had lovely things to say about him. When my car was written off in October of 2021, I went to Anderson Kia on not only their recommendation, but several of my co-workers and even landlord! Zach personally took me and my situation under his wing, working with me to make sure I understood every single one of my options. He made the effort to get to know me personally, to remember the little details and worked tirelessly until I was satisfied. He did all of this with a smile, an ear or a shoulder when I needed it, and of course, a witty come back or two. He never pressured me into a vehicle (although he strongly suggested I get a Soul- I did not go with the Flintstone Car) nor did he ever make me feel that I HAD to buy from Anderson's. He was open to offering suggestions on other makes and models, but he honestly inspires loyalty within his customers. I am SO happy with my 2022 Forte EX. I am impressed with the many features it came with without having to break my budget. When my partner came in to ask about financing and to test drive the vehicles, he treated him with kindness and respect too. Other dealerships we had been at started to ignore me as soon as my male partner came into the dealership, but Zach made me feel included and respected; he did not fall into any of the gross stereotypes that many women face while buying a car. It was a long road with shortages and my inability to choose what type of vehicle I wanted to call my own, but he really was there through it all. I would genuinely buy another car from Zach at Anderson Kia again.
