The appraiser showes up exactly on time, every time. He meets all timeframes given. His reports are thorough and complete. His evaluations are always exactly on point with where they should be. He's incredibly knowledgeable. He always shows up well turned out and is incredibly professional to deal with. Brad arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me as he walked through the house during his assessment. Brad's service is well priced and payment was a breeze. A few days later I had Brad's report and was absolutely floored by how thorough it was.
