★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meeting with Sam was a very eye-opening experience. She was very thorough and prepared and went through a food journal and questionnaire with me, explaining things so I could understand better how what and how I ate impacts how I feel. Sam was super friendly and I left feeling excited to make changes in my eating habits! Would recommend her services to anyone!
