This is the third time we have used Anber movers in the last 10 years as well as some family members. Every time they are professional and consistently amazing. I would use Anber every time I had to move. Proof, we move again in December and will be calling them right back! UPDATE! We have now used them a 5th time and once again - SOLID! Such a consistent, reliable team.

Spectacular. All your movers we're professional, efficient and friendly. This was the smoothest move I've ever done, and all my items arrived under time and so well organized. Can't overstate how pleased I was with the service. I will never use a different moving company.

I just want to be clear from the start. The rating I'm giving has nothing to do with the work that was done and everything to do with the customer service. The workers were fantastic and very good at their jobs. My issue is that when I called and explained what my move consisted of, I was provided a quote of $145/hour for 3 movers. That sounded good to me, so I agreed and budgeted myself according to this quote. Fast forward to the day of the move and they show up with 4 movers. They never told me in advance that this was going to be the case and not once during the move did they say that the hourly rate was going to be increased. Then I get the bill and the hourly rate to my surprise was increased bt 36%. Obviously, I wasn't very happy. The mover/driver told me that I had to pay it and deal with the office. So I did, but when I spoke to the office I was told that it was actually the mover/driver that I had to talk to. Lots of back and forth happened. The woman I spoke to on the phone was initially understanding of why I was upset at the upcharge, then her tone changed and she basically accused my girlfriend and I of being liars and that we were trying to take advantage of them. That is not how you treat your customers. Bottom line, you simply cannot quote a customer on an hourly rate and then change it at your discretion without notifying the customer in advance. I found out about the increase in price when I got the bill. Thankfully after lots of back and forth (which to be honest, I may have eventually dropped if the woman on the phone wasn't so accusatory and rude towards my girlfriend and I) they agreed to refund me the difference between the quoted rate and what I was ultimately charged. That's the only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one (the other star is because the actual work was very good). In reality, their customer service deserves negative stars. It's unfortunate, but I will not use Anber again and I simply cannot recommend them to anyone based on my experience this weekend.

Great experience! They were very accomodating when my move date got moved up and super professional. Reasonably priced and no surprise fees. On the day of, the guys were quick without being careless. They wrapped every piece of furniture and appliance with care. They came equipped with tools for items we didnt think to dismantle. And they provide wardrobe boxes for the hanging items in our closet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to move. They made what can be a very stressful experience, relatively stress-free.

Moving is one of the most stressful days for anyone. However Anber provided us with 3 high quality movers. Sergei, Yaroslav and Iqbal were very professional, efficient and even brought with them a great sense of humour. We had lots of bags and boxes and they handled everything with care and tried to accommodate us in any ways they could. I can’t overstate how great they were at providing the service and am proud to leave them a 5-star review.

We have used Anber for two different moves over 5 years. The first one in 2017 went very well. The one we did yesterday, to move my elderly father into assisted care, would have been excellent if it weren’t for an appalling telephone call from the administration in the middle of this very stressful move. Despite confirming several times that they would come between noon and 1:30, the movers called at 11 am to say they had finished their first job early. I told them I didn’t think the building would allow access to their service elevator before the approved noon start time. They came anyway and it was fine, we were happy to have them. The 3 moving guys were great. As we began to run late at the retirement home, that building said they would have to stop by 4:30 pm. I called the building admin and immediately sorted it out and was told they could finish. Despite successfully addressing that issue, Anber management called me and shouted at me repeatedly, saying I couldn’t “refuse the movers,” essentially blaming me for a problem I hadn’t created and that had already been addressed. His tone was very aggressive and he refused to listen to my explanations. He then hung up on me. Incredibly disrespectful and unwarranted. We paid in full and tipped the 3 movers. Wasn’t their fault their company management had no concept of customer service. I responded to Anber’s automatic email request for feedback with these comments, and was further dismissed in their response. All they needed to do was say they were sorry they had taken such an aggressive, rude and confrontational approach, but they didn’t. They denied shouting at me. Denied lying (he said they sent the movers over early to ensure we were done in the, but actually the movers said they had finished their previous job earlier than anticipated). Denied hanging up on me. Totally blew their chance to make this better and keep us as clients for future moves. It was definitely not what we wanted to deal with in the middle of an already extremely stressful day. Would not hire them again and would not recommend them to friends or family.

It was awesome, we knew the movers ahead from our previous move 3 years ago. This time they went beyond our expectations and did a really great job. They ordered all of our things perfectly in each room according to our boxes. I really recommend Anber to everyone that needs to move. Thanks a lot guys you are my life!
