F	Fiona Mourot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les heures de ceuillette et de retour sont très strictes et très serrées (entre 9h et 9h30 le matin). Il faut minimum 80% de risque de pluie le matin même...moi, il mouillait le matin même et ils m'ont dit que sur météo média ils annonçaient juste 60% en pm et que c'était stipulé dans le contrat 80%. Il faut rapporter le jeu d'eau 100% sec à 9h le matin, nous l'avons fait sécher de 17h à 21h le soir, ranger comme il faut, mais l'humidité est rester à l'intérieur donc ils nous ont chargés 50$ de plus. Ça m'a donc coûté 140$ pour 3h de jeu car la fête était à 14h. Ils m'ont expliqués que de toute façon ça revenait moins cher que certaine compagnie avec le dépôt et qu'il laissait une chance au gens de le faire sécher par eux-mêmes sachant que ça prend plusieurs heures en plein soleil pour que ça sèche. Donc ils vous attirent avec un prix raisonnable, vous demande un dépôt sachant très bien que c'est impossible que le jeu revienne sec, comme ça, ils font leur argent quand même. Ils ont un très mauvais service à la clientèle. Plus jamais je ne ferais affaire avec cette compagnie. J'ai donc payé 140$ pour 3h, pour un des plus petit jeu sur le marché selon les dires des propriétaires. The hours of pick up and return are very strict and very tight (between 9am and 9:30 am). It takes at least 80% risk of rain that morning ... me, it was wet that morning and they told me that on weather media they announced just 60% in pm and that it was stipulated in the contract 80% . We have to report the 100% dry water game at 9am in the morning, we did dry from 17h to 21h at night, tidy up, but the humidity is still inside so they loaded us 50 $ more. It cost me $ 140 for 3 hours of play because the party was at 14h. They explained to me that anyway it was cheaper than some company with the deposit and that it gave a chance to people to dry it by themselves knowing that it takes several hours in full sun for it to dry. So they attract you with a reasonable price, asks you a deposit knowing very well that it is impossible for the game to come back dry, like that, they make their money anyway. They have a very bad customer service. Never again would I do business with this company. So I paid $ 140 for 3h, for one of the smallest game on the market according to the owners.

Il a plu toute la semaine et j’ai travaillé très fort pour qu’ils reviennent sec mais le dessous était mouillé à cause de l’humidité même si j’ai fait sécher le jeu toute l’après-midi. J’ai frotté et nettoyer les jeux toute l’avant-midi afin de m’assurer qu’ils soient super propre pour le retour. J’ai même nettoyer avec du savon et plusieurs serviettes. Bref, elle a gardé mon dépôt et selon les autres commentaires, je ne suis pas la première à se faire avoir. Ps: c’est normal que Rémi Voyer recommande avec 5 étoiles, c’est le conjoint de la propriétaire. Very bad service !! They demand that the games be 100% dry knowing full well that it is impossible. It rained all week and I worked very hard to keep them dry but the underside was wet due to the humidity even though I dried the game all afternoon. I rubbed and cleaned the games all morning to make sure they were super clean for the return. I even clean with soap and several towels. In short, she kept my deposit and according to the other comments, I am not the first to be tricked. Ps: it’s normal that Rémi Voyer recommends with 5 stars, it’s the owner’s spouse.
