They thought it would be appropriate to show up to the U-Haul storage site and co-opt the only elevator for their private use through intimidation tactics. We, along with eight other groups, ended up having to carry our furniture up four flights of stairs since they actively prevented anyone but them from using it.
Can't speak to the quality of their work otherwise, but our experience with them was incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
