Je suis aussi pleinement satisfaite des soins que ma mère reçoit. Après chaque visite, la préposée nous donne du feedback sur le déroulement de la visite via le portail de l'entreprise. Je trouve cette communication efficace et rassurante.
A caregiver has been visiting my mother every week for about 2 months. Right from the start, I appreciated the quick response and professionalism of Amika's staff. I am also fully satisfied with the care that my mother receives. After each visit, the attendant gives us feedback on how the visit went via the company portal. I find this communication effective and reassuring.

Malgré une situation difficile, pandémie mondiale, pénurie de main d'oeuvre et j'en passe, les aides soignantes d'Amika ont été d'une aide indéniable pour la famille. De plus, chapeau à l'équipe du service à la clientèle avec qui j'étais en constante communication pour gérer les horaires et tenter de répondre aux besoins de la famille. Vous nous manquerez!
We have used Amika's services for the past two years. Despite a difficult situation, global pandemic, labor shortage and so on, Amika's caregivers were of undeniable help for the family. Also, hats off to the customer service team who I was in constant communication with to manage schedules and try to meet the needs of the family. We will miss you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a relief to have found the homecare service Amika, especially during the time of this pandemic to care for our 95-year aged parents. All seniors come to a time when additional care and service is needed, which sometimes arrives without notice or planning so it was and is good to have Amika there ready, willing and capable of taking on this responsibility. With the consistency of having a primary caregiver it is much less stressful for both of my parents to have Rita who is able to get to know them, their habits, needs and to care for them at home... And also a sincere thanks to their other caregivers and to those with the CLSC and CES who all contribute to their care, Thank you.
