★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally great service, but the salesman gave us the wrong delivery date. Three times he confirmed Tuesday afternoon as the date. When Tuesday afternoon was almost over, a call was placed and they told us we had made the error and there was nothing they could do as they were closing soon. Three times he confirmed Tuesday and there was no help offered. Very disappointed in this since they were so accommodating to a Christmas Eve emergency just a few months ago.
Not happy and will never deal with that salesman again. Will always wait and deal with the female that was so helpful before. He could take lessons on customer service from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor after sales customer service. Bought a very expensive kitchen table and it was damaged when they delivered it. I took 2 weeks for them to send someone and 3 months to "not fix it". Came over with new part and new part was also damaged. He changed then tried to find an other piece at the store and they wore all damaged. Did not offer a discount, had to ask for one and they did not want to comply. I sent tge table back.
It is not the imperfections, the metal piece was scratched,even the new ones. Also when I told him I was unsatisfied, he told me no one would believe me because he was in business for 41 years.....
