★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai roulé à côté d’un suv GMC gris de votre compagnie sur St-Michel et sur Métropolitain et le conducteur était sur son criss de cellulaire tout le long. Il n’etait jamais dans sa voie et à presque causé deux accrochages en moins de 5 minutes, même si je lui ai fais signe de lâcher son esti de téléphone. Et pour répondre a votre commentaire, il ne parlait pas mais il jouait avev sans regarder la route... le Bluetooth na rien a voir la dedans.
I drove alongside a gray GMC suv of your company on St-Michel and Metropolitan and the driver was on his cell criss all along. He was never on his way and almost caused two skirmishes in less than 5 minutes, even though I waved him off his phone. And to answer your comment, he did not speak but he played withve without looking at the road ... Bluetooth has nothing to do with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avant de faire affaire avec Fleurs-O-Pavé, j'ai regardé les commentaires. 5 étoiles sont attribuées à l'aménagement paysager. Comme c'est un aménagement paysager à mon goût avec un bon prix que veux...je me suis attardée aux bon commentaires et non aux commentaires qui portaient sur la conduite sur la route... !!! Je ne vois pas ce que ça vient faire dans les commentaires!! Moi je donne un 5 étoiles!! Je suis très satisfaite, c'est encore plus beau que je m'étais imaginées!! Très professionnel, nous donnent de très bonne idées, etc... Je vous le recommande sans hésitation!!
Before doing business with Fleurs-O-Pavé, I looked at the comments. 5 stars are awarded for landscaping. As it is a landscaping for my taste with a good price that I want ... I dwelled on the good comments and not the comments that were about driving on the road ... !!! I don't see what it does in the comments !! I give a 5 star !! I am very satisfied, it is even more beautiful than I had imagined !! Very professional, give us very good ideas, etc ... I recommend it without hesitation !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très beau travail de l’équipe sur le terrain, par contre l’ajout de terre et de semence à gazon a été oublié dans un coin. Ils reviendront incessamment et supposément…. Nous avons signé un contrat en novembre 2020 avec un délai fin mai 2021 ! Ça été fait il y a deux semaines !!!
Dans cette entreprise le service à la clientèle est plus que déficient, on nous raconte n’importe quoi pour expliquer les délais qui ne sont pas respectés. Ça dépend de la personne à qui vous parlez…..
Réfléchissez bien avant de signer un contrat avec eux !
Very good work by the team on the field, however the addition of soil and grass seed was forgotten in a corner. They will come back soon and supposedly…. We signed a contract in November 2020 with a deadline at the end of May 2021! It was done two weeks ago !!!
In this company the customer service is more than deficient, we are told anything to explain the deadlines that are not met. It depends on who you are talking to… ..
Think carefully before signing a contract with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les ouvriers et les paysagistes exécutent un excellent travail, la qualité est au rendez-vous. Je suis un client fidèle depuis 2014 avec deux contrats de travaux résidenciels.
Par contre, le service après-vente est un peu lent. Ils exécuteront les travaux de réparation demandés, mais avec des délais. Pour la qualité des travaux, c’est 5/5. Pour le service après-vente, 4/5.
The workers and landscapers do an excellent job, the quality is at the rendezvous. I have been a loyal customer since 2014 with two residential work contracts.
On the other hand, the after-sales service is a bit slow. They will carry out the repair work requested, but with deadlines. For the quality of the work, it is 5/5. For after-sales service, 4/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très content de mon aménagement. Des délais dans le début des travaux mais lorsque planifiés d'avance, je pense que c'est normal. Le délai de la majorité des travaux fut respecté malgré la mauvaise température. Toujours disponible lorsque l'on appelle. L'équipe est super et très minutieuse dans les moindres détails. De petits travaux imprévus ajoutés sans augmentation de la facture, ce qui est rare de nos jours. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons accepté le plan proposé sans changement et nous avons été très satisfait.
Very happy with my layout. Delays in the start of the work but when planned in advance, I think this is normal. The deadline for most of the work was met despite the bad weather. Always available when you call. The team is great and very thorough in every detail. Small, unscheduled jobs added without increasing the bill, which is rare these days. I highly recommend. We accepted the proposed plan without change and were very satisfied.
