★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Amelia's process to be lacking in depth. I strongly encourage taking advantage of the 10 minute consultation before booking. Ensure that you feel she's connected to your concerns and committed to truly hearing you. Its awful to have a poor experience in such an intimate setting and I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amelia is fantastic. She is so compassionate and open-minded, I felt an immediate sense of trust with her. She's helped me navigate some very difficult, painful issues and helped cultivate tools to be able to manage day-to-day stress, recognize my emotions and reactions rooted in trauma and manage them effectively. I've never felt healthier and I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amelia is one of the most compassionate and realistic therapist I have ever had. She has helped through my healing process and can level with the realistic struggles from any culture, race, or financial level. What I like most about her approach is that she provides an atmosphere and sessions that don't feel like a typical robotic therapist. It feels like an in depth analysis and "human" approach. I hope therapists in the future can learn through her approach.
