Fast reliable delivery. Would be cool if you could request product for them to carry.

How do get in touch with management? Tired of these drivers speeding down our road. They almost hit my kid. We had them stop to tell them to slow down. So they peeled the tires and sped off

Terrible training and management, be very careful while being hired through an agency. They won't tell you it's temp to hire. These types of companies use shady agencies to hire during busy times. They have an outright rude ‘Outbound Operations Manager’ by the name of Terri Haase, she is known to speak condescendingly to her clerks, I’ve caught her using the word “ridiculous” in a demeaning tone. Outbound clerks are both knowledgeable, no complaints. "Churn and burn job" as they call it, but they will advertise as permanent, even security commented about how they've been cycling through employees. It will take forever just to get hired and remember they can and will let you go if work slows down if you are a temp no matter how good you are. Happened to two week old worker before me. They will hire as general laborer not specifying where you will be posted, it doesn't matter if you make a mistake or not, churn and burn is the name of this game. Worked a total of 7 days. The first day I was packing with a partner, helping, observing and trying to understand her English. I don’t recall the order but in this 4 day work week starting from Tuesday I was in the loading area for one of those days. Another day I was trained in gift packing for Amazon. And another was spent linking trolleys. This week I only packed for one day all by myself. The next week, Monday I started in packing and I got up to 55.6 UPH so I was meeting the requirement. On Tuesday my name wasn’t on the Labor Plan, so I spoke to the clerk there he said I would be in packing, so he assigned me a group to go picking because they don’t start packing until 7:00am. As we were picking me and another worker were chosen by the Outbound Operations Manager to go help at the warehouse on the other side called Uniqlo, where we were unloading and palletizing a trailer no complaint there, the workers there said we were welcome back anytime. I was lead to think I was let go because I made a mistake on Wednesday because of bad training by an immigrant. She will probably deny it if asked, anyways no harm done as this was a shady temp churn and burn job. Keep in mind this was only my third day in packing. A more knowledgeable worker told me the right way after. This was the first and only mistake I made, the clerks told me to be more careful but the management didn’t want to try to understand no-one asked what happened, no warning or anything. After this I was instructed to stop packing and recycle cardboard from the "tunnel" and to punch out as there was no work by Jermaine in Outbound. I was called by agency after work saying they received an email that I wasn’t well suited for their needs. They hire through an agency so they don’t have to provide explanations as to why you were let go. Yesterday when I went to return my badge and to get a valid reason for being let go. The Manager Terri who I assume took that decision didn’t come out to the security cage, instead she sent someone I had never seen before by the name of Steven Howell I believe to talk to me. Anyways first he explained that they bring in temps during busy days and this is just how it goes, I explained to him that I was hired for the new weekend shift and this job was advertised as permanent and also explained the mistake. This clown wasn't making much sense. Then it became clear to me that this is a scam and the managers are in on it. They hire using an agency to avoid accountability. There is no HR so everyone working is at the mercy of the Manager of their department. "ITS Staffing Solutions" is shady they will lie and say they did mention that this was a "temp job", but they won't mention the word "temp" unless specifically asked and upon reviewing the documents received "temp" is nowhere to be found. (Had to repost because they removed the old Google maps listing all together than was under Kuehne + Nagel. The extent they will go That listing also had more negative reviews, one I recall also mentioned their Outbound Operations Manager making a driver wait to unload his cargo van in -12C weather.)

Someone tried to open and peak into my package to see if it was worth stealing. Driver? There’s no way to contact Amazon for scenarios such as this, so I’m giving them a 1-star to pay attention to this issue.

I don't know who is the owner of this location, but anyone why you put my phone number at your Google address? I am receiving more than 10 phone call everyday from your castomers. Please change the phone number before I complain from your Neglec. This is last warning.
