He is very knowledgeable and available when ever you need him. Aman showed different houses, until we found the one that works for us. He is so quick to responed to you text or call. He will walk you step-by-step through the process of filling out all the paperwork and he is all ready to help you through an complication. I would highly recommend Aman to any one buying a house.

β β β β β I have been looking for a good house for a long time . Then I met Aman through the realtor.ca website. He is a very professional and responsible person. He has a very good listing of houses . He started sending us listing of houses according to our requirements which i liked most. The other thing is that I enjoyed finding a home with Aman he never asked us to be bound with him which is what most realtors do . He is very soft spoken person no tricks .I personally recommend first time buyers to go with Aman for best house .

The first time I spoke to Aman on the phone, I could tell right away that he was very knowledgeable and that he had a lot of experience in his field. Not only we shared great time but he had the deal closed and hand it to us in few days. The best thing about Aman was the reliability and his availabilityβ¦.no matter the time. He is very intelligent, honest and always give us a good advice.he never pushed us to buy the property in which we weren't interested. I really appreciate him he gave us pick up and drop off facelity from our hotel when taking us for showings,in a short period we succeeded in buy a good property in Calgary and we will work with Aman in future too. β β β β β Partnering with Aman, we bought our first home in Calgary when the market is favorable to sellers. He was keen on understanding our needs and helped us to identify the subset of houses that fit our purpose. Aman has been quite pivotal in helping us understand not only the interiors of the home, but also the location, the community and the resale potential of the home when the time comes. He helped us with key inputs (e.g. cost to renovate the basement, cost to add pot lights etc) when needed, which helped us in putting a meaningful offer to get the sellers attention.
Professionalism, market knowledge, timeliness and patience are some key capabilities that set Aman a step ahead of other realtors. He always gave us the space and time to think through an offer and we never felt rushed and that alleviated the pressure of going through the home buying process.
