I appreciate the feedback from the coaches and love how there are different coaches each week so you can get a well rounded learning experience. They are very good about treating everyone equally and giving ample time and feedback for their scenes. I just had a private session with Walter Alza and got so much in our 45 min together. He was great at putting things into perspective for me and in terms that I can understand and relate to. I'm looking forward to starting my second session with them in July!

Registration, booking privates, and making payments was made simple by the prompt and diligent support of Lino. The coaches were amazing and so welcoming. I had the opportunity to work with Coach Tim, Coach Jude, Coach Mike, and Coach Dean. Each of them brought a unique but equally valuable perspective and approach to coaching. They made everyone, even those of us with limited to no experience, feel very comfortable putting ourselves out there and making bold choices as actors. I left each class with an abundance of new knowledge, and each week I had the chance to build on it and apply what I had learned. Finally, I had the honour of working in private sessions with Walter Alza. It was truly a transformative experience, pushing me to grow as an actor, helping me understand the intricacies of working in film and television, and helping me hone my instrument as an actress. Walter is incredibly knowledgeable and the ideal coach for anyone trying to develop their craft as an actor and work professionally in the Canadian Film and Television industry. I look forward to continuing acting classes here and working with Walter Alza in the coming months and years. It has been a treat and well worth the money!

Not only have I enhanced my acting skills, but I have also felt very encouraged and inspired to finally dive in and follow this life long dream I have. Private lessons with Walter himself have provided me so an abundance of knowledge about the world of acting for film and television. Starting as a beginner and moving up levels has been motivational, to say the least. The in-person and online classes with Mike, Tim, Jude, and Dean have been nothing short of amazing. I joined this school to get out of my comfort zone and experience acting in front of people, and I have received so much more than I could have hoped for. Each coach has their own unique experience and way of passing along their know-how to students - from eyeline, timing, and articulation, to physical exercises and confidence building - I am learning so much and gaining confidence every day. Above all, I feel that everyone of the coaches believe in my ability to make it in this business. Ive only recently obtained representation and since joining this school I’ve booked two commercials. I give Alza acting Studio a lot of credit for providing me with the confidence and ability to successfully audition and become a working actor. Thank you Walter and family.
