★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had their cabinetry installed five years ago, 2011 or 2012.... in January 2017, one door stopped "soft closing". They said come on in and we'll replace the hinges no charge. Turns out they used Hettich supplied hinges, lifetime guaranteed. That's a very pleasant surprise.
A great experience all around, we love our kitchen.
BTW the hinges release with a litlle lever at the rear that you pull towards you and it pops right off, don't touch any of the screws! The new one just clicks straight in, already adjusted.
