★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What saves this Plaza is the businesses that are here. The Monogram Coffee Shop here is AAA and the Korean family that runs the convenience store here is very kind and friendly. The Pegasus Restaurant is always a treat to est at as well. The fitness business will likely struggle with the new Covid19 regulations unfortunately. Finally the liquor store could be a little friendlier but it is well stocked with all the alcohol you could need.
There is plenty of parking as well with is rare for a little shopping plaza in a neighborhood.
It is in BAD NEED OF A RENOVATION!!!! For such a nice neighborhood it is really run down and a bit of an eyesore.
I realize that it is highly likely the ownership will want to tear this building dow on and redevelop the land but these shop owners deserve a better looking building in the meantime.
