★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our eaves trough replaced 3 years ago and while last winter was quite mild, this winter really put the product and the installation to the test. The crew of installers were very professional and they cleaned up the site after they were done. The job looks as good today as it did 3 years ago and I wouldn't be putting in this review if it wasn't for Marcel dropping by today saying he was in the area and thought he would stop by and see how the job was holding up. Great job and great service Marcel. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Alpine to get a quote on repair and/or replacement of our eavestroughs and was pleased to hear that they would have someone contact me the next morning to come out and give me a quote. As it turned out Marcell called me that very afternoon and after a few questions about my concerns he gave me an estimate over the phone and said that he could be out the next morning, confirm what needed to be done once he came out and make any other recommendations as needed and we could then make our decision.
Marcell was very thorough in his inspection and made a few other recommendations we had not thought about but made sense and we gave him the green light to proceed. He did the job that morning and we were extremely impressed by the workmanship and care he took. He also cleaned up well when he was finished.
Just a footnote here, I had contacted a well known company last fall to have them come out and address our issues and almost 3 months later got a phone call saying that they had just come across our work-order and could come out to give us a quote. I told them not to bother. About two weeks before I called Alpine, I had also contacted another well known company to come out and give us a quote and a week after Marcel had completed the job they called and said they could come out that week to give us a quote. Told them we found a company that appreciated our business and looked after us right away.
We would highly recommend Alpine. Thank you Marcell.

I had done my research and had a fairly good idea and Marcel was the only guy who was honest with me and didn’t try to “sell me up” on products that I didn’t need. They were also the best price quoted out of 5 different companies. Good communication and follow up. You absolutely need to get a quote from Alpine.

I highly recommend Marcel and his partner. 10/10 Side note: The eaves leaked and I was very disappointed that Marcel did not come out to repair the leak. I had to hire someone else to do this . He never called me back either. I would have to change my rating to 1/5.
