★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took OFA 3 at Alpha training; the instructor Melod was very insightful, passionate and cared about her students not only passing the exams - but making sure they actually understood the material and became good medics.
The only negative feedback I have is the front-desk staff didn't do a very good job outlining the course. As well they did a very poor job of taking / giving the proper contact information. They gave me the wrong phone number for the instructor there times as well they wrote down the wrong contact information for myself twice ( despite myself correcting them twice ) they never emailed me ANY information about the course.
Overall it was a good experience despite a very minor headache from the front-desk staff! Would recommend Alpha training to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my H2S Alive and OFA 3 courses here last summer and got my certifications. Both teachers were very knowledgeable and did their utmost to make sure everyone had the best chance at success they could. Melody especially was no nonsense and despite disruptive elements in the class did her best to make the most of the class for everyone else. Would definitely recertify here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My crew and I took a course here the other day. The course was great, and Joe our instructor was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend using Alpha, and I will definitely be using them for my next courses. I'm a little surprised at the bad reviews really. It seems like it's just people who couldn't follow the cell phone policy.

The instructor cared deeply about ensuring students understand material and are ready to use skills in the workplace. Lots of hands on practice and skill development without a bunch of reading, watching videos, and memorizing answers to tests.
