★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much everyone I know that ever lived there was either kicked out, or knew when to flee. You must adhere to strict rules not only as a resident, but also as a guest as well. Not very impressed with this place and I certainly will never want to live there. Maybe your opinion is different?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almond gardens is a tightly knitted community trailer park. If your neighbors don't like you they will most definitely make sure you don't live there for very long. I have never lived there myself but several people I know have been kicked out of this trailer park due to pretty much whatever reason they can come up with. I would stay away should you be thinking of finding a new place to live.
