Nick and his team is very communicative and made sure that all our questions were answered during the home-buying process, and since we were first time home buyers, we sure had many. Nick was very patient and explained to us the action items at every step of the process. The questionnaire is well thought out and makes sure that they have all the information forgoing any requirements of additional back and forth. With a fast paced offer preparation deadline, it may not be always possible to get an appraisal, but Nick worked with our realtor even when the appraisal was short of the offer value. The team was responsive during the closing process. Our notary praised the followups Nick's team did with him and made sure all documents were in place. Shoutout to Levent for keeping in touch during the entire process and explaining the legal documents via a personalized video. Will keep going back to these folks for all my mortgage needs. Cheers.

Getting a mortgage and navigating the process can be daunting, however, Nick made my husband and I feel at ease during the process. Nick worked quickly and efficiently to secure us the lowest mortgage rate possible. In addition, the communication was transparent and questions were always welcomed. Both Nick and Levent answered our questions in a timely manner and would take the time to explain the jargon and process associated with acquiring a mortgage. He explained us how the application process works, what all information he needs and what are the steps from start to end. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot questions. Nick and his team were patient and answered all our questions happily. They followed up with us almost daily with status update on our application. During the process, we faced some issue with the application and Nick and his team did all they could to resolve it. Our notary was also impressed with the way Alltrust handled our case. They were checking with the notary proactively to make sure there's nothing blocking our loan approval and disbursement of funds. We loved working with Alltrust team and would definitely work with them in future.

In the past we had very stressful experiences with obtaining mortgages directly through the bank, so working with mortgage broker was something new for us and we didn't know what to except. About a year ago we started looking for a house. Nick from Alltrust Mortgage contacted us right away after I filled out the form on their website. We discussed our options and Nick asked to send him some docs. At that time we were ready for another time period filled with stress of waiting if we approved or not. Nick called us next day and said: "Happy shopping". Unfortunately with such a crazy market that we have here, purchase of the house was delayed. We never thought that there is a possibility for us to buy an investment property, but before we completely left the market, Nick recommended us to think about it.
