One of their representative tried to extort $ 680 from me for a cancellation while it was allstate himself who owed me money for this same cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aucun service c'est la pire compagnie d'assurance que j'ai eu quand on les appels ils disent qu'il vont nous rappeler mais nous rappel jamais. en plus ça fait 2 mois que j'ai changé de véhicule et même après 2 appel je n'ai toujours pas reçus mes papier j'ai vraiment hâte a mon renouvellement pour changé de compagnie
no service this is the worst insurance company i have had when we call them they say they will call us back but never call us back. in addition, it's been 2 months since I changed my vehicle and even after 2 calls I still haven't received my papers I really can't wait for my renewal to change company

I had to fight for a refund of only a hundred dollars after canceling a policy that they charged me several months later. I wonder how it is during a claim ? so I have to change insurance
