★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was exceptionally slow and rather "cold" I believe that the place was understaffed hence the long wait times. The presentation was also BEYOND mediocre... Anyways usually allomon coco is top notch but not this time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service lacks efficacity. Food is drenched in grease. Prices are exagerated for what it is. It is the 4th time here and i just keeps getting worse. Really they make you think you are getting a big plate by filling it with greasy potatoes and they always ask you if you want them with cheese on the top without telling you its a extra, especially to kids who don't know. I don't really recommend this place, shopping center food court is more worth it in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good but there were no teaspoons. We ordered a pancake for my child and it was huge (the same size of the plate) and thick like 1/2 to 1 inch with no presentation. We have a family member who does not live on Canada visiting and so speaks no French....I was disappointed to find they had no English menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Allo Mon Coco at Place Rosemere today at 10:30 am and I received a terrible service. My two year old baby was sick so I was asked to order my food to take out and leave the place which I understand. However I paid for three plates, and when I got home I had only two of them. Bedsides I asked the waitress for some coffee and she did not give it to me . I called them to complain about my experience and was put on hold for too long until I finally hung up. Won't go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was okay, no choice of potatoes, just mashed and wasn't even well mashed with a weird seasoning. Very dry too. Overall service is so so and their card machine only has 18% tips and from our experience, the service we got doesn't deserve 18%. The biggest issue at this location is the hygiene. Cups and utensils are not clean. I found a green stain on my cup, probably smoothies and the utensils are not throughly washed. Toilet is okay but could be cleaner. The floor and the banquets need to be better cleaned also, full of crumbs and pieces of tissues. This will be our last time at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to allo mon coco place Rosemère today and it was horrribleee! I waited 1 hour to get the food my 2 year old was hungry and when we received the food it was cold and disgusting. The waitress did acknowledge they were short staffed in the kitchen and that the manager was helping cook in the back hence the reason the food was cold and bad! Never again I will step foot in that place! Zero service à la clientèle et mauvaise qualité! Please don’t waste your money and time!
