★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Submitting the Alliance monthly bill for payment by The Department of Veterans Affairs requires a duplicate invoice from Alliance marked “paid” which I then have to submit to DVA and includes postage cost. This is somewhat complicated for a 93 year old man. It also results in delay of payment by DVA to me.

Would highly recommend Alliance if you are loking for a home alarm system or upgrade.

Their staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and, above all, efficient. They are quick to respond to any requests for information and/or assistance.
They prove the value of having an experienced, well-run local business with a local control centre watching over our home and property.
When you speak to someone at Alliance in Kingston, you speak to someone to whom you can talk face to face, not a voice located halfway across the continent (or indeed, halfway across the world).
We recommend them without qualification.

Once we decided to get rid of our landline Alliance was quick to come out and install a GSM setup for us. Happy customer for 9 years now!

Whenever we triggered a false alarm, and when we switched from telephone line to cellular connectivity, the Alliance staff reacted with timeliness and attentiveness. Alliance provides security confidence at competitive rates and is highly recommended.
