โ โ โ โ โ I had the pleasure of working with Heinz at Alliance Refractories while researching refractory products for building a brick dome pizza oven in my backyard.
Heinz helped clarify and explain all the terms and properties of their products, to help me find the correct mortar and insulating blanket that I was having trouble finding elsewhere.
He was knowledgeable, pleasant and always had time for my many questions.
Even though my job was small, I felt he gave me the attention he would have given to a larger customer.
