Great service and superb job in repairing my vehicle! Very impressed. Holly, at the St Maryโ€™s Rd location was exceptional with ensuring I had my vehicle back earlier than originally estimated. Unknown to them, I was leaving on a trip to the U.S. sooner than originally planned. When I advised Holly, she worked with the fellows at their repair centre to ensure I received my vehicle in time so I would not have I to cancel my trip. Truly grateful on her help.

I chose All Star Collision & Glass Ltd based on the convenience of location and based on a personal review from someone I know. My first call was 3 weeks ago and the person I spoke to was Mike. He stated he is the manager there. I wanted to file a glass claim and a direct repair at the same time. We arranged through text to to bring my car in. I bring my car in for him to look at August 5th. I arrive at the shop and the door is locked. Mike comes out from the back opens the door for me and looks shocked someone has shown up. Now here's where it gets interesting. I also want to preface I am not one to post reviews like this but I don't want anyone to experience what I did in addition to having thier time wasted. After Mike opens the door he claims some kids were smoking pot in the back of the shop and he just asked them to leave. He apologizes for the smell. The shop reeks of pot. We walk to the end of the parking lot and the smell of pot follows him. He however apologizes again and thinks I don't notice it. I'm not opposed to what people do on their own time and at home but I was completely thrown off by this. I gave Mike the benefit of the doubt because this was my first time dealing with him and the company. However, let's fast forward 3 weeks now where I am told my windshield ordered and the direct repair claim is open. I had to reach out to Mike directly in the last 3 weeks about 4 times to inquire about the status of my claims. During this time Mike apologizes to me advising he was not aware my one claim was a direct repair even though I gave him the claim number and explained what it was for.He then asks me to come back to the shop so he can take pictures of my car. I suggest I will send him pictures and he explains to me what MPI requires. So I then send him detailed photographs of my car and condition including my vin #. I now have little faith that the work will be completed properly and in a timely manner. Now onto today. I reached my breaking point. I call MPI directly and ask and if I could cancel my e-glass claim and my direct repair claim. The MPI agent over the phone advises there is no e-glass claim and she also cannot locate my direct repair claim. I found out afterwards the direct repair claim was filed. So after 3 weeks I spent being led to believe that my windshield was ordered and my direct repair claim was filed it turns out Mike had done absolutely nothing to start my e-glass claim. Once I find this out I advise him through text I will not be going with his shop. His response is unfortunately not surprising and it is clear he doesn't care. How overworked, how understaffed or how stressed an employee is should never be passed on the the customer as if it's thier problem. I was more than patient after 3 weeks of not knowing what was going on. I would stay far far away from this business. I will also be filing a review with the BBB.

Wanted to like this place. Car came back with block heater tip snipped and wheel well plastic completely loose and the fog light replacement was completely forgotten as a repair. The wheel wellย was discovered after I was driving on the highway, it pulled into my tire completely destroying it while it melted on the tire. I came back to have the wheel well plastic replaced and have block heater tip installed as well as have the forgotten fog light installed. Car came back, no block heater tip. Temp guy working offered me 10 bucks. I ended up getting 40. Wheel well was replaced. Within a couple weeks I realized the plastic was incorrectly Installed. The "screws" to keep it in place were just plugs pushed In through the holes. Constantly coming out. One went missing.ย  I had this fixed a couple weeks ago with correct installation tools. Noticed after that, that the fog light housing I had installedย  by your guysย is completely loose. I could probably pull it out with my hand. Since the other work had other issues I decided to take a look at that. New manager said he'd try and work me a deal on some new work I need and he'd try and smooth things over for the past problems. I had to call him on 4 separate occasions over 2 weeks to finally get an actual quote. It was 200 bucks more than his initial estimate with no talk of any deal. Just completely left it out.

One of the best shop I visited, the costumer service is amazing and staffs are very professional. They did the work very fast and also they cleaned the car.

Excellent place to take your vehicle for repairs. Mike goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. I strongly recommend this place for windshield replacement and repairs

I had a great experience with All Star Collision and Glass. Mike did a great job replacing the windshield on my vehicle. Shortly after the repair I noticed some microscratches on the windshield and took it back to All Star. Mike contacted Toyota (it was a manufacturer defect) about the issue and it took some time but he was able to get them to send a new windshield and replaced it a second time.
