Not professional, got taken for a good amount of.money by the sub hired directly by all-roads. They didn't even try and make things right. I would be careful for Curtis berghauser c and m civil

All Roads Construction LTD. is/has been doing construction near my home for the last few weeks... signs are placed in the most unnoticeable, the most inconvenient location, and not forgetting to mention the size of the traffic sign. You would think they would use the correct signage? There is a difference of "Road Closed" vs. "Construction Ahead". Regardless, allowing some vehicles to cross, and others to turn back - you can't help but take it personally. This is AFTER having a construction worker come right up to your vehicle screaming, while the window is down to have her blow cigarette smoke into your face while the world is a full blown PANDEMIC. This whole "interaction" was entirely disgusting, and to have no one from the company reach out, after leaving few voicemails... is despicable.

This company worked on my street for two months adding sidewalks and infrastructure ending by paving the road and planting trees. Every morning I would sit in my yard to eat breakfast and watch the work. Everyone I spoke with was very positive, happy, and respectful. The traffic control ladies always had a joke or fun story to share. There were a few days where my house/driveway was inaccessible and All Roads always dropped a letter or spoke with me to make arrangements. There were many inconvenient days but they were never unexpected and All Roads always worked with me when I needed access. I don’t have anything but positive things to say about their work ethic and how they communicated with the neighbourhood. If All Roads is working in your community buy a coffee pack from Tim Hortons for the crew and they will look out for you. If ever work is needed again I hope to see All Roads.

Upon being hired at All Roads Construction, my friend was excited to work for a company that would treat him the way all employees should be treated. They offered great benefits and wages, ordered a new truck for him to drive, spent the money on the equipment that was needed for jobs, got him a new phone and tablet.. Within 2 weeks of working for All Roads, he received compliments on his dedication and hard work. His time cards were accurate and he was given praise for his hard work.. However, after 2 months at the job, without any prior communication or warning, they terminated him. Their reason for termination was that the job position required a "working foreman". Meaning, they wanted him to be more hands on and working with his crew members on site. Understandable, although this is when he realized that their loyalty to their employees was just a false hope they put in his head. He spent 2 months working 12-14 hour days, Monday through to Friday and most Saturdays as well, with 2 crew members (not including heavy equipment operators) who were lacking in experience. He worked along side his crew members every day to ensure Catch Basin's and other tasks were being carried out efficiently. Every day he left site feeling disappointed at their production rate and would put in extra hours to ensure he was meeting the positions demands. Every day he would get home at about 7:30-8pm and then continue to complete his paperwork for that day (time cards, safety paperwork and more). Meaning, their reason for termination was not only unjust cause, but was also completely inaccurate. The point of this review is to tell anyone interested, to not waste their time or listen to their false hope they feed to you. He was extremely excited to make good working connections within this company, gain additional experience in his 10+ years in this field of work, and grow within this company. In the end, they fired him for unjust cause, without any communication or allowing him room for improvement.

Fantastic company to work with ! Everybody in the company has a serious passion for the paving industry. They only have top notch state of the art equipment which certainly shows on there quality and final product. Keep up the great work All Roads team !
