They listen to customer needs, informed me clearly when something from the original plan had to be changed, and also adapted to our own evolving ideas. Both projects were bathroom renovations and both turned out great. They work clean and aim for job well done, not trying to cut corners or rush. Very happy with both renovations we had done - one in 2018 and one in 2019

Really liked it that they cared so much about the what is under the tiles to ensure a proper water seal in case water got anywhere out of my open concept shower area and existing floor structure was flat and ready for installation. All these details lead to an amazing finish product on both the floor and wall tiles. Worked hard and fast, started and finished as scheduled. The tile job took about a week and everything met or surpassed my expectations of finished look.
