★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one star review is too good for this tow truck driver. He is incompetent, rude, nasty, and bad at his job in every way. This was a BCAA call and if I had known they were going to send this service instead of Day & Night Towing, I would have waited. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BCAA sent this guy to me after I had requested someone else. I was stuck on the shoulder of a highway alone and had no way to get to the auto shop other than to walk 45 minutes along the highway. I am healthy, I have a mask and gloves, and he would not take me. He was nasty, rude and swore at me, then left me on the highway to walk when he was fully aware I had no other options. I ran into multiple business owners in Gibson’s that echoed this review. If you are ever stuck in the area call another company, like Walt’s, and send the invoice to BCAA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locked my keys in the car so I was recommended to All Coast Towing. I called Scott, he arrived in less than 15 mins. and had my car open in about 3 mins. From the time I discovered my keys were in my car to having them in my hands again was only a 30 min. experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke my side x side 20km up in the mountains behind trout lake. Scott was the only guy willing to come get me out. From the time I talked to him till the time the rig was back in the trailer was 3 hours. Great guy and did an awesome job. Cant thank Scott and All Coast enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met Scott from All Coast Towing in 2005 when I had a crisis at the Langdale ferry terminal. Rather than quickly towing my vehicle which would have been the easiest solution; he listened to my plea to get back to work in Vancouver and showed me how to proceed with basically a dead battery and checked to be sure I had working jumper cables.
His tips worked (no stereo, a/c etc) and I made it. We have met again over the last 15 years with either a boost, tow or a BCAA call for a family member. We all find him extremely helpful and personable. Thanks for everything Scott!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time trailering a boat, and we found out we had a leaking trailer tire on the ferry of all places! Scott got to us as quickly as humanly possible and was amazingly helpful. Would recommend him in a heartbeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were broken down in the ferry line up and Scott was dispatched to us from BCAA - he went above and beyond to ensure he got us running and able to get on the next ferry. We were so relieved and grateful. Minutes after we were on the ferry we received a call from Scott to check in and make sure we were safe and heading home! WOW - that was exceptional service!! I Will always recommend Scott - thank you again to him and BCAA for dispatching him to us!
