He quickly figured out my machine's problem and I was able to make a "repair or not repair" decision immediately. He even took the time to show me exactly what the problem was under the casing. Lloyd was very personable, knowledgable and best of all honest. I will make it a point to deal with him in the future for machine servicing and if need be to make an informed decision on a new machine. He has serviced my computerized embroidery machine, my Featherweight and my long arm quilting machine. His work is high quality, fairly priced and turn around time is adhered to. He explains well and listens to your concerns. I have bought a machine from Lloyd and recommended him to three friends who have also bought their machines from him. His new shop is roomy and he is willingly to work with new clients to make it a place where they can go for classes and training and feel comfortable and welcomed.

My machine was in the shop for FOUR months and I was never given any indication or explanation why it cost $350 to service - at one point I was emailed telling me it was making a loud noise (not when I brought it in!) and it would cost another $180 and then two days later they said, sorry, wrong machine. They sent me home with somebody else’s foot pedal. But mostly I detested how I was talked down to/ no attempt to explain what repairs were done or why. Would NEVER go back here again

I’m looking at purchasing a brother scan and cut machine from them and their price is excellent. Highly recommend this store.
