The one thing we noticed was that the variety wasn't the same as whe it was Harvest Barn. That being said it could have been because it was Monday & new stock not received after the weekend "onslaught of customers". Will we go back OH YA

The lemon meringue pie was outstanding, wonderful flaky pastry and lovely tart lemon curd filling. The apple crumble pie was a big hit with the family too. Definitely the best tasting and beat value homemade tarts in the area. .

The love and creativity from the bakery complements the fine food selection and friendly staff throughout the property. The owner/ baker took the time to help us find exactly what our sweet tooth desired most. We are very much looking forward to their open house event on March 26. Visiting will definitely be a weekend tradition for years to come.

Upon entering yesterday I immediately noticed the store seemed much brighter and organized. Friendly staff and appealing displays. However we weren't too thrilled with the options or lack there of, at the new salad bar. I’ve noticed probably half a dozen things or more missing from the previous variety. Now granted, I know different owners means different selection sometimes. However it was sub par at best it’s sad to say. Did not get the sense of freshness that I’ve been so used to receiving. Very strange to see half of the salad bar empty, and when I asked the prep cook if she was still making options she had told me no. All the best in your upcoming years of business, however this is something that I feel should be addressed quickly as I know a few others who have said the same!

It is now under new ownership and some interior design improvements have been made. The bread is significantly better than it has been for years. I have a concern over the quality of some of the food. A few weeks ago I purchased a dozen cookies to see how they taste. It was a variety pack. The cookies unfortunately were as hard as rocks. I bit into a few and ended up throwing them out. I noticed some of the soup offerings do not change for days. Does that mean it’s the same soup or has it been remade. I’m not keen on trying something that may have been around for 4 or 5 days. This past week I purchased some cooking onions and when I cut inside the first one it was soft and mushy, not good. Then a few days later I purchased a tuna sandwich and the bread was completely stale. I can understand items perhaps being overlooked but it has been happening often enough to make me think twice about shopping in the store.
