E	Emile Dionne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leur représentant nous a dit que nous avions 30 jours pour tester leurs produits et annuler le contrat quand j'ai téléphoné pour annuler après 20 jours, le service à la clientèle a dit qu'on avait seulement 10 jours pour annuler. À ma première commande j'ai eu droit à du poulet jaune et le reste de la viande que j'ai reçue était comparable à ce que j'achète à l'épicerie. Impossible d'annuler le contrat. Their representative told us that we had 30 days to test their products and cancel the contract when I phoned to cancel after 20 days, the customer service said we only had 10 days to cancel. On my first order I was treated to yellow chicken and the rest of the meat I received was comparable to what I buy at the grocery store. Can not cancel the contract.

Fini le temps où nous mangeons des pâtes 3-4 fois semaine parce qu'on a oublié de dégeler le nécessaire pour le souper. Il ne suffit que de 30 minutes pour que je puisse faire un excellent souper pour ma famille. Et en plus, ça équilibre bien mon budget ! The food is of very good quality! Gone are the days when we eat pasta 3-4 times a week because we forgot to thaw the basics for supper. It only takes 30 minutes for me to make a great dinner for my family. And in addition, it balances my budget well!
D	Daniel Prévost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions prit un rendez-vous pour un mardi soir après qu’ils aient insisté. ils ont tenté à plusieurs reprises de mettre le rendez-vous pendant la fin de semaine d’avant mais nous n’étions pas disponible... après une heure de retard le soir du rendez-vous, nous recevons un téléphone nous disant qu’ils avaient essayé à plusieurs reprises de nous joindre sans succès pour confirmer le rendez-vous. Mais nous avons parlé 2 fois à quelqu’un quelques jours avant. la personne au bout du fil bafouait beaucoup. nous avons l’afficheur et nous avons manqué aucun appel! Me faire prendre pour une valise, ça passe pas. Je sais pas la qualité du produit mais au niveau du service « avant » vente, c’est très ordinaire. Imaginez l’après-vente! We made an appointment for a Tuesday evening after they insisted. they tried several times to set the appointment during the weekend before but we were not available ... after an hour late the evening of the appointment, we receive a phone telling us that they had tried several times to reach us without success to confirm the appointment. But we spoke to someone twice a few days before. the person on the phone mocked a lot. we have the display and we missed no calls! Getting caught for a suitcase doesn't work. I do not know the quality of the product but in terms of "before" sales service, it is very ordinary. Imagine after-sales!

Je suis sur que ma n ai pas manipulé . Elle est surgelé fraîche .Le personnel est amical et le service à la clientèle trouve toujours une façon de régler notre problème si il en a . Avec les années j ai adapter ma commande à vie familiale. Je serais plus capable de m en passer .??? I have been a SRC client for several years. I love having everything at home. I go less to the grocery store so I save money. A1 quality. I am sure that I didn’t handle it. It's frozen fresh. The staff are friendly and customer service always finds a way to fix our problem if it has any. Over the years I have adapted my order to family life. I would be more able to do without it.

Au téléphone, il nous a été expliqué que nous pourrions modifier le contrat ou annuler mais rien de possible. Service après vente horrible. Personne ne répond la même chose. Nous avions annuler notre soumission mais elle nous a été livrée quand-même. Mon plus grand regret est de ne pas les avoirs revirer debord. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Quality meat that leaves something to be desired. Exorbitant price. On the phone, it was explained to us that we could modify the contract or cancel but nothing possible. Horrible after sales service. Nobody answers the same thing. We had to cancel our submission but it was delivered to us anyway. My biggest regret is not having turned them around.
