Alicia Stead Guitar Lessons - Cochrane
Joshua has always been a very outgoing young man with the desire and ability to make and keep friends easily. Many of his friends however, were interested in individual and group sports, and Josh has never found anything that truly inspired him or kept him interested. He has always been much more creative and artistic, so we decided to try guitar lessons. The goal was to have Josh learn the fundamentals and grow his music theory. From the first minute he met with Ali, his love for the guitar and music overall, grew.
Ali's enthusiasm for her students, her desire to share her knowledge and her patience in their sessions, is bar none. She has made learning so much fun for Josh, that the transition to online learning has been seamless. He practices without prompting to get ready for the Tuesday night lessons and eagerly awaits sharing his ever-increasing ability. Ali is quick to praise the students for a job well done and builds trust with them very easily. We have been taking lessons for a couple of years and there is no end in sight for our family.
Josh looks forward to connecting with new and old friends alike during their time together and we feel that although learning the craft is very individual, the students will challenge and encourage one another every week. Although Josh has always been confident, since starting with Ali, he has really blossomed in maturity and independence.
Thank you Ali for being such a blessing in our life and both a wonderful friend and teacher to Joshua!
