★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to go with Ali and Chris after speaking with multiple brokers to sell our property. Ali and Chris really stood out in how they were prepared to take ownership of the entire process. Every broker we spoke with told us how we would need to declutter and stage the property, which seemed like we’d have virtually empty our entire house. We also had concerns, mainly relating to setting up and maintaining the property while handling two young, unpredictable kids. With the help of Ali and Chris’ team, we were able to come up with an arrangement where we could quickly set up the home for visits when needed and without any significant disruption to our day to day routine. During the process when we hit some bumps in the road with regards to the condition of the property, Ali and Chris were with us at every step through the inspections/investigations and worked with us and supported all the way through securing our rental after the sale of our home. Working with them has been a pleasure. Their team really made an otherwise stressful process look easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali and Chris to anyone looking to sell their property. You will be in good hands.
