I had to get the Nicops renewed ASAP for myself and the family, and with the Covid Lockdown situation, I felt lost on how to get the application processed. I thank God that I found Al Habib travels on the recommendation of a friend, and the Nicop Renewal felt like a piece of cake. Aneel sahab and this other gentleman are EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL, VERY PLEASANTLY ACCOMODATING TO ANSWERING ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND BEYOND EFFICIENT. From filling out the forms, taking our passport size picture, to submitting our application, they took care of EVERYTHING. All we needed to do was place our finger impressions and make a payment. And 2 weeks later, Alhamdulillah our Nicops arrived at our home address.
I am a person who tries to make sure things are being done right, but I was blown away by Aneel Sahab's (and his respected fellow associate's) exceptional knowledge, professionalism, patience and efficiency which can be blindly trusted. God bless them and their work Alhamdulillah as their great customer service sure goes a long way. I highly recommend Al Habib Travels for all Nicop, Passport, visa and travel needs.
