★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I had a payment bounce whilst I had the money in my account. Both the bank and Algoma mutual exonerated themselves of blame for it and I had to pay two NSF charges and was put on final warning status. Despite my confusion and conflictions, I stayed with them until March 2121 and switch to bel-air direct to save some money. Well Algoma didn't cancel my policy like I had asked and both companies charged me for their services(March 19th). Algoma acknowledged the error and said I'd receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. 11 days later I inquired why it hadn't made it back to me yet. They inform me that the refund won't be going through until my old/regular billing period would be. Another 19 days from today (April 19th). Not happy
