★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a small business owner, one of the biggest worries that I had last year was preparing for the integration and reconfiguration of our new phone system. A couple years ago, upgrades caused us a number of issues, and we found communication between our clients and different departments was becoming hampered by long wait times and a series of technical issues that really set us back. Going off the recommendation of a colleague of mine, we decided to try out Algo, which they stated would provide reliable and streamlined service. Now, all of the issues of the past have really been alleviated. Communication between different branches of our organization is quick and easy, and our IT department can now focus on something other than trying to coordinate communication throughout the different facets of the business. They managed to conduct all of the software and hardware changes very quickly and effectively, allowing me to take a deep breath, as I had been very concerned about the switchovers profoundly disrupting our operations. To make things even better, their support staff is very mindful of their clients, as we received follow ups and logistic checks that ensured everything was running smoothly. As far as communication specialists in the lower mainland go, I definitely couldn't give these folks a higher recommendation.

We made the switch to Algo just over a year ago and have never looked back. Knowing very little about phone systems, myself, Algo was SO helpful in walking me through my options, answering all of my questions, and providing support from start to finish. They were friendly and patient with me even when I barraged them with questions.
We can now coordinate communication across all departments and it has never been easier for everyone here, even those who aren't all that "technologically inclined." One of our clients even commented the other day on the noticeable improvement in our phone system. Our ability to connect with clients and customers through phone, email, chat, text and video really makes an impact and makes us feel technologically up-to-date.
I am so grateful that we made the switch and would highly recommend Algo as our go-to communication pros.
