L	Lisa Tavano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly recommend. Unfortunately, I had to deal with several contractors before I had Alfidome finally repair a water service line. More than one contractor agreed to do the job and then cancelled over the course of three days, one for another job (presumably a more lucrative one), another claiming the plumber is suddenly unavailable and another just didn't show up (but did get back to me 2 days later if I was still in need of repair). Why not just say "no"? After 4 days with no running water, a friend learned of my situation and recommended Alfidome. I called the office and left a message. Frank returned my call that day, showed up to evaluate the situation, offered a price quote and had it fixed within 48 hours AND they completed the job in terrible weather conditions. Total professionals, my only regret is not calling them sooner.

On August 15 2019, a large boulder the size of a soft ball flew out from the load within a truck and smashed my windshield. I reported immediately to Irene in the office on Town-line Road. They refuse to be responsible for the damages that are not covered by my insurance. I have been trying for over a week but they refuse responsibility.
F	Family Giles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a safe company. Stones flying out of the truck and hit our vehicle cracking the windshield and leaving stone chips on our hood and grill. We have pictures of the incident including the torn cover on their truck. We called the company twice. The first time no call back and the second time Irene said they were not at all responsibile for this - even though we have a video and pictures. She said use your insurance. I can’t imagine what could happen to someone on a motorcycle or driving a convertible. The is reckless and irresponsible.
A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely impressed by this company. Their workers were not only skilled but kind, friendly and humane. They were empathetic to our situation. When sewage was backing up between city line and property line, this company showed an efficiency that should be modelled after. They were here at 7:30 the first day and worked until 5:30 ensuring we could at least use our bathroom for the night. I only saw them take one break but they could they taken more for all I care. They worked non stop in the heat. But, I never question someone's limits in a physically intense skilled trade as it's their safety. The second day they were almost done by noon. They worked so hard and it was a huge job. The sewer could not be located easily and these guys were not only professional but made it seem effortless without ever losing a smile. I plan on using them as an example when I give my presentation on the trades. I am so impressed by their diligence and work ethic. Thank you so much!! Scott, Darren and Santiago were hero's really. They deserve medals for their work these past two days. What that team of three accomplished and took care of was a true testament to teamwork. It was amazing to witness.Thanks again guys! You deserve raises after that :)

The construction on 5 corners at portage road has been an absolute nightmare since they have started. There is minimal to no signage place anywhere to signify upcoming and ongoing construction. You only see these signs when you are already in the zone. They also don't close roads, and simply operate the machinery without paying attention to anything or anyone around them. If heavy equipment is going to be operated during normal business hours, then close the roads. If you're going to shut a lane down, place a warning far away enough for drivers to merge into one lane, and not flood the intersection. These signs aren't placed until you enter the zone, which makes 0 sense. Overall an unorganized, and ignorant company - employees included. Can't count how many times i've been sworn at trying to drive home from work. Unprofessionalism at it's finest.
