★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the food and service. I ordered the veggie wrap (contents not listed on their menu) and expected to get some vegetables at least, perhaps some falafel. What it actually contained was just salad. Nothing cooked, no veggies at all. When I called to explain that they had missed out the veggies, they (after much confusion regarding what a vegetable is) explained that that's how it's supposed to come.
Real let down. Having to start cooking upon getting my take-out home just to turn it into a meal is really poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad gyro overall I will say. Price was ok for downtown and the meat was cooked well. Pita was a bit small for the higher price point and they didn’t put fries in it which I thought was standard practice for Alexandros as that might’ve made it more filling I guess. I’d try them again if I’m in that area and see how that goes.

This place is not for vegetarians, if you want a salad bar this is not one. The lady behind the counter is very nice and generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Alexandros for lunch today and got a pork gyro, chicken gyro, and fries. Service was fast and friendly, the shop had a lot of charm, and food was super tasty. My one criticism is that there was way too much sauce, which made it very difficult to eat. Overall good though, so I would recommend it for a takeout meal by the water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the Greek fries and it was pretty good. However staff was not friendly at all and small portion for $6 compared to other Greek fries at other Greek places. Went back yesterday to try the gyro however saw a mouse running towards their kitchen and that was honestly disgusting. I would probably not go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a favourite for me to make a pit stop when riding my bike along the harbour front. Quick service and good eats! Spanakopita is really nice. I usually just get their wraps to go and have been impressed with the flavour. Portion sizes are a bit small, given the price point - but I guess it’s because it’s located in a high traffic area. Still very tasty!
