Scary, ill maintained, fall apart and crawling with roaches

There is stabbing fire bombing and very unsafe for family's.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Building C is found of bedbugs. I called maintainance but they take forever to help

Living here is awesome. Always being cleaned, quick to fix things that need it. Schools and bus transit centre close by. Walmart, Safeway, and No Frills are just some of the shopping close st hand

I lived here for 5month now in building C. My room has issues and I talk to office to fix it the first week I moved in, unfortunatly nothing has been done. They always came up with excusses instade of doing there jobs. They even deactivate my acces card today. I've to wait for hours with my child out side in the rain until someone let me in. I'm not satisfied with there service at all.

I live here currently with an 8 month old. I tell everyone to avoid it like the plague. Graffiti, roaches, bedbugs, and do NOT rent 52A if you want peace & quiet during your child’s nap time. There’s a very rude family above who stomps, screams, drags chairs (hardwood on hardwood), etc. We’ve tried reasoning with them through their door (because they refuse to open it) to ask if they could be quiet during nap hours for our infant. No such luck. They have even started to VACUUM at 11pm. They constantly bounce basketballs around the unit to late at night. I’ve complained to management, called security and nothing was done. I’ve actually called police twice on them as well as AHS to deal with the roaches after I filed two separate complaints about them and nothing was done over a two month span. Now we have a bunch of bait traps with dead roaches all over the building. Oh there’s also the BELOVED fire alarm that goes off constantly. Terrible first impression of boardwalk. Will not rent from them again. There’s also the matter of I moved in, in July 2017 with NO closet doors. Was told they would get it sorted out but I had to harp on them FOR SIX MONTHS before they did MOST of the work. We’re still missing a door to our storage room and we doubt it will come before our lease is up. (They claimed “oh there was never a work order made” but it was in my walk through.) UPDATING FOR JUNE 2017 -got closet doors in May 2017. -the noisy people upstairs still shake our house, keeping our baby AWAKE. never mind the fact we work in the morning. Boardwalk probably hasn't even issued them warnings despite the over 27 complaints filed. - they picked up most of the traps. -fire alarm is still tested once a month. -graffiti still not cleaned. - had to inform the rental office of a needle found in the hallway

Lived as the quiet middle of a “domestic violence and partying until 5 am” sandwich for ten months. Area is terrible and sketchy. Walls are paper thin. Properly management pretends to care about your problems but does nothing. Cockroaches are common and I’ve heard story’s about bed bugs. People will steal your laundry. Avoid at all costs

Riverview Plaza is awesome. The team in the office is always friendly and available for questions and comments. If there is a problem the staff take care of the problem as quickly as they can. The buildings are clean and quiet. The maintenance team are friendly and polite. I have enjoyed my time here so far and hope to for a good while. Thank You Boardwalk Team at 11915 34 ST NW.
