★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hunter Douglas power blinds are the worst. I had my entire great room done, 14 blinds in all, and now the 8th one has failed. Alberto's is making me feel that my frustration is out of line. Not returning phone calls. Each blind has taken months to replace. I now have 3 blinds that aren't working, and I know it will be months before they are in place. Very poor product, and very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service from the whole team at Underfoot flooring/Alberto’s Design centre as they completed an entire refresh of paint, flooring, fireplace tiles, countertops and window coverings at our place. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommend.
