★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Agents on the phone are extremely rude, full of attitude, and unpleasant to deal with. Shockingly I find the CRA Agents to be friendlier compared to these miserable people from Alberta Treasury!
As Taxpayers we expect Professional service, and unfortunately only 1/10 Agents will deliver a phone conversation in a professional manner.
