Was trying to inquire services .. and when explained of financial burden due to situation I'm suing for, I asked how I could do payments, I was told to just go to albertacourts.ca and do it myself then got hung up on. Just a bizaar business. I would never recommend this jerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man is extremely rude, and his phone etiquette is unbelievable. I left a message for a call back for a few questions to get the ball rolling to file a claim. He claimed his voice mail informed new clients to go to his website untrue. It said he was “unavailable are in court at this time” I told him I don’t like his tone and he hung up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Micheal and received little to no support. When I started being direct about how I felt I was not receiving the support he told me he was offended. He would not answer the phone, constantly had email issues, and overall charged me a ton of money to file the court documents and not much else. I certainly was not happy with his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think overall Most of the bad reviews here are personality based. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, personalities should not come into play in reviews for a service this company is providing. You hire A company like this to deal with IL-trained court clerks and government staff who technically don't care, if people in this business had a bubble gum personality the job would likely not get done. In my experience ASCCA did what they billed us to do and did it very well. communication was good. We were looking for someone to get the job done not share a milkshake with at the mall and Alberta Small Claims Agents did exactly that

I do not recommend this man to anyone
He is a joke,what a waste.i called to enquire about an issue and he will ask a question and seem to get upset about the way the question is being answered and he just hung up on me.i suspect some of the positive reviews are from his friends or family

Edit: Finally answers 3 yrs later what a joke .
You see asking for money upfront before doing anything isn't something a business should be doing. You work first then get paid. I can't walk onto a jobsite and say hey give me money before any work is done. Looks Luke you're still a jerk based on your response here. ? good luck with your business in the future.
