I am Chloe's mother. We were in an unfortunate accident today after I picked my children up from school. Very traumatized & emotional, Robert the truck operator offered his help and support as I had a flat tire. He quickly changed it so i could safely move my vehicle home. He helped to calm me down as well. Thank you so much ! Kindness goes a long way & I will definitely pay it forward. Highly recommend this company!!!

After school today me and my mother experienced a really awful car crash. Our vehicle was done for, two of the doors wouldn't open and it was dented in so far and one of the tires was bent. The guy was so nice and polite and offered to change our tire into the spare one because otherwise it wasn't really drivable. He service was amazing, he was so helpful, supportive and generous. I definitely recommend this company if you are involved in a crash like me

This tow truck company helped me by towing my car when I was in a pinch. These people are very honest and hard working, I recommend using this towing service. The service was very fast and convenient and the gentlemen was friendly.

I was in an accident last week, and one of the drivers just so happened to be in the area and actually came over to see if everything was okay. Waited around to see if any of the parties involved needed a tow, but did not pressure anyone in anyway which I really appreciated after just being in an accident. They made it really easy to get to my car after being towed and they helped me sort everything out. My car was a right off, they took it off my hands free of charge and used the scrap money to cover the tow!!! Couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were. Easily took a lot of stress off my shoulders! Seems like a newer company, but have a very good thing going for them. Professional and polite, couldn’t ask for much more! Thanks again for helping me out!

My elderly neighbour got into a minor fender bender but was flustered and on of their drivers pulled over, took time out of his day and helped her out. She didn't need a tow truck but he helped take control of the situation, calm her down and help her out. I can't say enough about how amazing this was. He truly is an amazing human being and did this because he had the skills and could help. If we ever need a tow I will be calling them hands down. I am so impressed with their driver, his professionalism and his big heart. Thank you again so much for all your help! He didn't ask for anything in return but helped so much. Thank you!

Robert is an accident chaser actually, that's why he always seems to "just be in the area" at the time of an accident. I learned this from my recent car accident where he once again just happened to be in the area... I was totally distraught and crying as well as talking to the 1st responders and at some point, during all the commotion, he appeared. He seemed like a nice guy because he kept offering for me to sit in his tow truck to keep warm and was giving me tissues. He also gave me his business card and said "you can choose whoever you want to tow your car, you don't have to use the police's tow company" etc etc. I have never been in an accident and I'm also not originally from AB so this is all new to me. Combine this with the fact that he was already there with a tow truck, I obviously decided to use his tow service. He towed my car to his storage yard and by that afternoon my insurance company requested for it to be brought to the repair shop. This is where his scam happens. He wouldn't bring my car to the repair shop and was very uncooperative with my insurer and he held my car hostage for an entire week, so he could extort my insurance claim by racking the bill up for storage at his yard and refused to let another tow company come pick it up so he could charge double when he finally towed it to the repair shop. My insurance adjuster and my mechanic both were shocked and frustrated by Robert's antics. I wouldn't recommend using this tow service ever! Just save yourself the headache and use the police's tow company and storage yard. At least they will cooperate with the other service providers and won't extort your insurance.
