Access to the information is made via a password-protected site. Each time an employee needs to access information, they must enter their password to gain access to the information. Furthermore, employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Employees are periodically notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place to get parts but should you need any type of support ie: documentation for insurance purposes, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. We had a recent experience where supporting information was required for an insurance claim and reached out to Alberta Ag for detail on what was paid for. Rather than simply punching it into their system to provide this information, they opted to just give us summaries and tell us to figure it out from a stack of invoices with numerous returns over a 6 month period. It was a large bill as many parts were required, thus, was a very difficult task that took a day for two people to sort out. There is no customer support for service once parts are received and paid for....you're on your own. Unfortunately 1 is the lowest rating I am able to give...otherwise it would be lower.
