I had already been paired up with a broker through my realtor, but I still wanted to seek a second opinion as to the best structuring for my financing. Alan took an hour out of his day to speak with me on the phone. Not only did he assure me that I was in good hands with my current broker's strategy, but he also applauded me for taking the time to seek another professional's advice. Not only was his willingness to help me extremely impressive but we ended up having a very satisfying conversation about property searching and the current state of the market in general. This experience for me spoke very highly of Alan's charter and goals and I hope an opportunity presents itself for us to work together down the line.

There was an overwhelming amount of information on the internet, and I knew the home would likely be the largest purchase I'll ever make, so it was hard to know who to trust and what the right decision was for me.
Alan was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and looking back at it now, I know we made the right decisions like which lender to go through, and how much to put down.
Most importantly, I needed someone I could trust who would look out for my interests, and Alan did just that.
