Shouldn't the meat be in the fridge if it's not working?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like some of these reviews are too enthusiastic to be authentic but went in today for a shawarma wrap and i will say its better than average for Toronto. One of the larger wraps you’ll find and quite clean inside. They also toast it super well.
