★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fais ma commande de sushi à 14h48, ne l'ayant toujours pas reçu à 16h30, j'ai téléphoné et on ma répondu que le livreur était en chemin. J'ai donc attendu jusqu'à 17h sans aucune nouvelle. Lorsque j'ai rappelé, on m'a dit qu'il y a eu un problème avec ma commande et qu'elle ne pouvait pas confirmer quand j'allais la recevoir. J'ai donc demandé un rabais, elle m'a répondu qu'elle ne pouvait pas m'en faire car elle devait atteindre son (quota). Elle m'a dit qu'elle pourait me faire un rabais sur ma prochaine commande et elle m'a dit mais je comprends que vous ne rappelerai pas ici...
J'ai donc annulé ma commande sans avoir aucune bonne explication ou le moindre soucis de satisfaire leurs clients.
 I ordered sushi at 2:48 p.m., still not having received it by 4:30 p.m., I phoned and I was told that the delivery man was on the way. So I waited until 5 p.m. without any news. When I called again, I was told that there was a problem with my order and that it could not confirm when I was going to receive it. So I asked for a discount, she replied that she couldn't do it because she had to reach her (quota). She told me that she could give me a discount on my next order and she told me but I understand that you will not call here ...
So I canceled my order without having any good explanation or the slightest concern to satisfy their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir faite une commande en ligne pour une soirée. Nous avons attendues 45 minutes pour que les sushis soient prêt tel indiqué sur le site. Une fois arrivé à destination (Longueuil) les employés de l'épicerie Metro nous ont dit que la personne des sushi était parti depuis 30 minutes. Donc, après un long déplace et une grosse attente nous n'avons jamais eu nos sushi. Grosse perte de temps.
After making an order online for a party. We waited 45 minutes for sushi to be ready as shown on the site. When we arrived at our destination (Longueuil) Metro employees told us that the sushi person had been gone for 30 minutes. So after a long move and a big wait we never had our sushi. Big loss of time.
