Justin Marchand I cannot thank you enough for completely dismissing my case. I can tell you worked hard for our win. I trust your firm knows you are incredible, I hope they continue to value your expertise! I was charged with a refusal to blow and after interviewing many lawyers my odds were looking like a loss and that if I'm extremely lucky I may get away with a careless. Mr. Marchand saw all sorts of angles on the case. I had hope but still thought it was a difficult task. A difficult task indeed during the trial process, with the judge and police officers on as witnesses making it that much more difficult. I also heard Oshawa was the most difficult place to win a trial, so I came prepared thinking I would be losing my license for the next few months. I was extremely surprised and thrilled the judge ultimately said "not guilty". Not even a reduction to careless it was a complete dismissal to my surprise! It was a lengthy two day trial process and Mr. Marchand fought to create multiple opportunities for a win. Mr. Marchand's hardwork on finding case laws that were similar to my case helped extremely well to win. I can also tell he was very knowledgeable and confident with the trial process when he was preparing me. The approaches he provided, in my opinion, were genius. I rarely ever write reviews but on this occasion I owe it to Justin Marchand. I highly recommend him to fight your DUI charges!

I was charged with impaired in December of 2019. At the time I was traveling one hour each way for work when I lost my license. I contacted The law firm and was put in contact with Mr. Marchand. He handled my case very professionally and put some of my worries at ease. 'Review for Jami S.' - It had been 4 years that I was struggling to get a medical suspension lifted in order to reinstate my driver's license despite having an impeccable record prior to the suspension. I dealt with Justin on a matter that had criminal charges pending. i was facing heavy fines, possible jail time, and a criminal record. Justin was very professional in the handling of my case, and kept me informed every step of the way. He laid out the possbile outcomes so there would be no surprises. Justin was able to get all these charges down to the equivalent of a traffic ticket. I have no criminal record, no jail time and the fine was quite reasonable.
